Our Communities

Originally founded in Talbot County in 1996, the Community Driven Model of Character Counts Mid Shore quickly expanded to the surrounding counties. Today operate in Caroline, Dorchester and Talbot counties, and partner with organizations in Kent and Queen Anne's counties.
